Winter Mahjong is a solid puzzle game. The core matching mechanic is classic Mahjong, which I love, and they've added a nice winter twist to the tile designs. The 32 levels offer a good amount of challenge, and I found myself really getting into the pattern detection. My only minor gripe is that I wished there were more levels, or maybe some daily challenges, once you've finished the main set. Still, it's very enjoyable and keeps you thinking.

It's advertised as a 'relaxing puzzle game,' but having to rush through levels to beat the clock makes it stressful, not relaxing. I prefer to take my time with Mahjong. Some levels felt almost impossible to clear quickly enough. If there was an option to play without a timer, I'd give it a much higher rating. The core gameplay is fine, just too much pressure.
